Treatment and Technology

  • Brain Injury – Our specialized brain injury therapists focus on helping you achieve the highest level of function and independence, while maximizing your capabilities at home and in the community. Health Quest offers you a team approach with highly trained speech, physical and occupational therapists working together to help your recovery.
  • Cardiac Rehab
  • Hand Therapy – Certified hand therapists are an integral part of our rehabilitation team. Our skilled hand therapists work with you to restore function for a wide range of conditions, including fractures, tendonitis, amputations, arthritis, repetitive stress and nerve injuries, and focus on treatments that aim to both rehabilitate the injury and prevent future injuries.
  • Lymphedema Treatment – Lymphedema is a chronic condition that causes swelling in one or more parts of the body. It can occur after a surgical procedure, infection, radiation or other physical traumas. Lymph node surgery performed for the treatment of cancer is one of the most frequent causes of lymphedema. People can also inherit other forms of lymphedema (primary lymphedema). Health Quest has experienced and certified lymphedema therapists at several convenient locations.
  • Lymphedema
    • Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT)
    • Manual lymph drainage and compression bandaging
    • Exercise and skin care tips to reduce fluid accumulation
  • Parkinson’s Disease – LSVT® BIG and LOUD is an innovative treatment that improves speech and movement of people with Parkinson’s disease and other neurological conditions. The program is especially beneficial early on in the disease process; but it is never too late to start.
  • Oncology Rehab – Oncology Rehabilitation includes evaluation and treatment of physical and functional complications that result from cancer and the side effects of cancer treatments. We can help with many issues and side effects of cancer treatments including weakness, neuropathy, lymphedema, speech, balance and range of motion.  Cancer Rehabilitation goes hand-in-hand with cancer treatment, recovery and survivorship. Maintaining strength, nutrition and overall health is important to help the body recover from cancer treatments, and our skilled therapists can help improve recovery from surgery and minimize loss of mobility and function. Our multidisciplinary team includes physical therapists, occupational therapists, lymphedema therapists and speech-language pathologists who work closely with your oncologist. This comprehensive team takes a patient-centered approach to restoring function and independence while promoting healthy lifestyle practices
  • Pelvic Health Rehab – It takes a specialized team of clinicians, therapists and counselors to provide services that address specific women’s health issues. They understand there are some things you’d rather not talk about, such as pelvic pain, urinary incontinence or postpartum care. These providers are dedicated to treating these and other sensitive conditions that can affect women and men at any age.
  • Vestibular Dysfunction– The vestibular system includes the parts of the inner ear and brain that help control your balance and eye movements. If the system is damaged by disease, aging, or injury, it can lead to vestibular disorders that are often associated with one or more of these symptoms:
    • Vertigo and dizziness
    • Imbalance and spatial disorientation
    • Vision disturbance
    • Hearing changes
    • Cognitive and/or psychological changes
    • Our team will be able to evaluate, treat and help you find relief from these complex conditions making it easier for you to see, remain balanced, and feel safer and more comfortable in everyday life.

Treatment and diagnostic programs vary by location.
